Intimate Santorini Wedding by Elianos Photography
I’m sure you’ve seen plenty of Santorini weddings by now, but I’m guessing you’ve never seen one quite like this. We have all the usual suspects here . . . . the vivid blue Mediterranean Sea, the classic white architecture, a panoramic terrace, even one of those epic sunsets . . . . but Santorini turned on something else a little unique for Colin and Elizabeth’s wedding day – a heavy, overcast sky, and holy cow, doesn’t it look spectacular!
Just a little more proof that Santorini couldn’t look bad if it tried.
From the Photographer: From the Rock Mountains of Colorado to the Volcano hills of Santorini, Collin and Elizabeth who love nature and hiking decided to get married in this beautiful island. Their wedding was simple and elegant. They had only their parents with them. The first day started with a pre-wedding photoshoot at Paradisos Beach which is located on the north side of the island. Steep volcanic cliffs and dark-colored pebbles on the beach a reminder that you are on a special volcanic place. The second day was the wedding day. The ceremony was held at the hotel which had a great view, you could see the whole island. The weather was unique with dark clouds while some sunbeams were popping up in the sky . It was definitely the co-creator that day.
